This September I created my Facebook Site Mirei71. The first liker on my site was noone less than Maria De Falco, Fashion Blogger, Fashionista and passionate collector of wonderful clothes, things and pictures. Her Blog Clamoteglam is, as it's called, very glamorous and I like to visit it regularly. So I was very flattered by the fact that Maria follows me on the Net :-). Since I wanted to give out a price for the first liker, this was a great occasion to meet Maria in Person. Our first Meeting was a wild exchange of ideas, explosion of creativity and fashion know how on first sight! What followed was a huge amount of what's up messages and the exchanges of ideas for our first common project. The result is this wonderful cardigan. Once more I visited my absolutely favourite fabric store Stoffart zur Linde and discovered this fantastic lace! Marias sicilian roots, her beautiful black long hair and her southern touch suited just perfectly. Thought, bought, done! Last week we met for the shooting. The weather was on our side, the light was wonderful and the mood was relaxed and full of automn.

The cardigan: I created the pattern myself. It is made of two pieces, which are sown together on 4 endges. The trick: the two pieces are sown together mirrored (against each other). That way a very loose and easy wearing cardigan can be created, just to throw over on different occasions.

The styling: additional to the two ideas we present here, the cardigan can be also worn with tight bluejeans and ankleboots for the day, or with the little black dress and loose bonded hair with big earrings... but see more about the styling on Marias blog!

Letzten September habe ich auf Facebook meine Seite Mirei71 eröffnet. Die erste Likerin meiner neuen Seite war niemand geringeres als Maria De Falco, Fashion Bloggerin, Fashionista und leidenschaftliche Sammlerin schöner Kleider, Sachen und Bilder. Ihr Blog Clamoteglam ist wie der Name schon sagt, sehr glamourös, und ich besuche ihn regelmässig und sehr gerne! So war ich also recht geschmeichelt zu sehen, dass Maria mir im Netz folgt :-) Da ich einen Preis für die/der erste Liker/in vergeben wollte, erbot sich gleich die Gelegenheit, Maria, persönlich kennenzulernen.

Unser erstes Treffen war wilder Ideenaustausch, Kreativitätsexplosion und modisches Verständnis auf den ersten Blick. Was danach folgte war ein Schwall what's up Nachrichten und ein reger Ideenaustausch für unser erstes gemeinsames Projekt. Entstanden ist dieser wunderschöne Cardigan.

Ich ging wieder einmal mehr in meinen absoluten Lieblingsstoffladen Stoffart zur Linde und entdeckte diesen traumhaften Spitzenstoff!! Marias sizilianische Wurzeln, ihre schönen, schwarzen Haare und der südländische Touch passten einfach perfekt. Gedacht, gekauft, gemacht! Letzte Woche trafen wir uns zum Shooting. Das Wetter war auf unserer Seite, das Licht wunderbar und die Stimmung gelassen und herbstlich.

Zum Cardigan: das Schnittmuster habe ich selbst entworfen. Es besteht aus 2 Schnittteilen, die an 4 Kanten zusammengenäht werden. Der Clou darin besteht, dass die zwei Schnitteile jew. spiegelverkehrt gedreht aneinandergenäht werden. So entsteht ein lockerer Cardigan zum drüberziehen.

Das Styling: Zusätzlich zu den zwei Varianten die wir hier präsentieren, kann der Cardigan aber auch zu engen Jeans mit schwarzen Ankleboots oder elegant zum kleinen Schwarzen getragen werden. Hier dann mit aufgesteckter Frisur und grossen Ohrringen... Zum Styling gibt's auf Marias Blog ebenfalls verschiedene Tips!
